The processes of making and viewing a painting are intimately related. The question that arises when looking at an abstract painting; “What is that supposed to be?” can be answered both in the abstract forms themselves and the titles I have given, which provides viewers suggestions to help them perceive pictorial images, thus creating a space where half the work is mine, and half of it the viewers.
