I studied fine art at the University of Derby graduating in 1999. My paintings are inspired by the landscape with wild open spaces, big skies, remote moors and empty beaches. Since graduating I have demonstrated my techniques in art groups and now teach watercolours on cruise ships although I usually work in acrylics on canvas.
