If they are looking for a black car, show them a black car, not a white one saying this one is better. Put in front of your customer what they want. Next part is important.

You must build confidence and trust…

You need to have a professional and credible look to everything you do and always look like someone that you would want to work with. Nobody wants to work with or buy anything from someone who looks like they have been living outside for the past 3 weeks.

To build the professional and credible image you might want to invest in a website, or have a catalog for example, anything that shows professionalism and credibility is powerful to help you sell. Now is where you want to grab a cup of coffee.

Having a return policy…

As humans we love to feel safe and comfortable. So giving your customers a 30 day trial or return policy is key! They will think that you are so confident in your product or service that they will not hesitate one bit! So making your customers feel safe and comfortable in everything you do or say to them will help, not just having a return policy.
